AGBs

Da diese Virtuelle Präsenz stetig Fahrt aufnimmt , aber keine finanziell zu begleichenden Angebot "on sind", werden die AGBs sich dem Inhalt des Angebotes auf dieser Webpräsenz anpassen. Dies ist vollumfänglich ein nicht-monetäres Projekt, bis ich es anders entscheide.

Derzeit gilt - wie auch später - :

Bezüglich der Inanspruchnahme und des Konsums der von mir kreierten Angebote und Publikationen setze ich voraus, dass der jeweilige Konsument/User freiwillig und im Vollbesitz seiner Entscheidungsfähigkeit agiert. Sofern Personen unter 18 Jahre diesen "Content" konsumieren, setze ich voraus, dass die Erziehungsberechtigten gefragt wurden, bzw. diese mit anwesend sind.

Meisterin चन्द्र Nung Pha praktiziert in den Feldern Angewandte Ethik/Glaube/Politik/Energiearbeit auf Meisterlevel. Daher trägt sie aufrichtiger Weise die Bezeichnung "Meisterin".

Dieser Titel resultiert nicht aus der Vergabe im weltlichen Kontext dieser Dimension, sondern bezieht sich auf ihre Fähigkeiten in - so wie man es in dieser Welt nennt - "spirituell" akzentuierten Feldern des Seins.

Alle Artikel sind lediglich Inspiration und Impuls zu der Thematik, und jenen Themen welche damit einhergehend angesprochen werden.  Selbige stammen aus dem kosmologisch/philosophischem Kontext. Ergo, nicht aus wissenschaftlich basierten Studien. Dies gilt ebenso für jegliches Content zu Schamanismus auf dieser webpräsenz.

 

Es ist jeder Person welche die gesamten von mir kreierten Angebote frequentiert, belassen, bei jedweden Symptomen, Auffälligkeiten, gesundheitlichen Dis-Balancen, einen Arzt/Therapeuten/Apotheker zu frequentieren; um ihre Unpässlichkeiten abzuklären. 

Für jegliche Verantwortung meinerseits - bezüglich Dritter bezogen auf deren Eigenverantwortung - stelle ich mich in diesem Kontext selbst voll umfänglich frei.

Alles was auf dieser website an Information/Content kommuniziert wird, ersetzt zu keiner Zeit die Abklärung von jedweden Symptomatiken bei einem Schulmediziner, Psychologischen Psychotherapeuten, Veterinärmediziner. (Auch wenn dieses gesamte Content nicht meinem Broterwerb dient sondern meine Berufung, und Arbeit für "Das Ganze", abbildet, fühle ich es als angebracht, dies zu erwähnen in dieser Form. Es  ist - ab davon - eine vom Gesetz für Geistheiler und Schamanen verankerte Pflicht. Daher komme ich dieser "Empfehlung" seitens des Gesetzgebers in dieser Form nach)

Como esta presença virtual está ganhando força constantemente, mas não há ofertas “ativas” que exijam pagamento, os Termos e Condições serão adaptados ao conteúdo da oferta neste site. Trata-se de um projeto inteiramente não monetário, até que eu decida o contrário.

Atualmente, aplica-se — assim como posteriormente — o seguinte:

No que diz respeito ao uso e ao consumo das ofertas e publicações criadas por mim, presumo que o respectivo consumidor/usuário atue de forma voluntária e no pleno uso de sua capacidade de decisão. Caso menores de 18 anos consumam este “conteúdo”, presumo que os responsáveis legais tenham sido consultados ou estejam presentes.

Por isso, ela ostenta, de forma legítima, o título de “Mestra”. Esse título não resulta de uma concessão no contexto secular desta dimensão, mas refere-se às suas habilidades em áreas do ser com ênfase — como se costuma dizer neste mundo — “espiritual”.

Todos os artigos servem apenas como inspiração e estímulo para o tema em questão e para os assuntos que são abordados em conexão com ele. Esses artigos têm origem no contexto cosmológico/filosófico. Portanto, não se baseiam em estudos científicos. Isso se aplica igualmente a todo o conteúdo sobre xamanismo presente neste site.

Fica a critério de cada pessoa que utilize todas as ofertas criadas por mim procurar um médico, terapeuta ou farmacêutico, caso apresente quaisquer sintomas, anomalias ou desequilíbrios de saúde, a fim de esclarecer seus problemas de saúde.
